Girls Inc.

Society of St. Vincent de Paul Omaha

Do you love gardening? This is the perfect opportunity for you! Be a part of the Pantry Garden Angels with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. From mid-April to mid-October they are looking for volunteers to help maintain their garden which provides fresh produce for their food pantry. Suitable for kids ages 13 – 17. Open Door Mission

Volunteer from the comfort of your own home with Open Door Mission’s Volunteer in Place program. Get the kids together and make an inspirational card, prepare a sack lunch, or make a healthy meal for those in need. Learn more about Open Door Mission and their mission.

Youth Emergency Services

Sign up to provide a meal for 10 – 15 youth with Youth Emergency Services. Donations of catered or frozen meals are welcome. YES assists hundreds of youth every month. Learn more about about Youth Emergency Services and their mission.

Food Bank for the Heartland

The Food Bank for the Heartland has several volunteer opportunities including helping to pack, sort, and stock donated food that will be distributed to more than 550 partners across Nebraska and Western Iowa.
