Are you looking for a career that combines technical skill, hands-on problem solving, and long-term financial stability? At H+H, we aren’t just selling cars; we are building the next generation of automotive experts. We are proud to share the H+H University Apprenticeship Program (HHU), a comprehensive 2-year paid apprenticeship designed to take you from a motivated beginner to a certified Automotive Service Technician.

Why Choose The H+H University Apprenticeship Program?
The HHU Program is officially registered with the Department of Labor (DOL), ensuring that your training meets the highest national standards. This isn’t just a job; it’s a structured educational path where you earn while you learn.
The Roadmap to Success
2,000 Shop Hours: Gain real-world experience in a professional service environment.
330 Classroom Hours: Deep-dive into automotive theory and technology through weekly 2-hour classes and a 3-hour Saturday lab once per month.
Professional Training: Includes comprehensive safety training and specialized Manufacturer training.
Earn While You Learn
Financial barriers shouldn’t stop you from pursuing your passion. The HHU Program offers a competitive compensation structure that grows with your skill set:
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour.
Guaranteed Raises: Receive hourly increases upon the successful completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2 (each phase is 6 months).
Phase 3 Bonus: Enjoy additional earnings at the conclusion of your third phase.
Tool Allowance: After completing Phase 1, you will receive a $3,600 tool allowance paid out over Phases 2 through 4, ensuring you have the equipment needed for a professional career.
Mentorship & Growth
You won’t be doing this alone. Every apprentice is paired with Senior and Master Level Technicians. You will learn the “tricks of the trade” from the best in the business. To ensure you stay on track, we provide Quarterly Progress Reviews to discuss your goals, milestones, and technical development.

The Finish Line
At the end of your two-year journey, you will receive an Automotive Specialist Certificate issued by the Department of Labor. Most importantly, you will be 100% ready to hit the shop floor as a full-fledged Service Technician at one of the H+H dealerships.
