James is a Fast-Track Apprentice at the H+H Omaha Recon Center and started at H+H in June 2023. Recently, James was promoted to a Flat-Rate Technician! James is mentored by Mike M. at the H+H Omaha Recon Center.

What advice would you give to other students considering an apprenticeship with H+H?
A lot of things in the apprenticeship may seem intimidating but your mentor is there to help and teach you so don’t be scared to try new things.
How do you think your apprenticeship will benefit you in your career advancement?
My apprenticeship gives me a good foundation for my career. It also has given me the foundation I need to be able to explore all of the options of being a technician.
