As part of our ongoing H+H Driving Good initiative, for the second year, we’re proud to partner with the Food Bank for the Heartland’s Strike Out Hunger campaign to help fight food insecurity right here in Nebraska and Western Iowa. The Food Bank’s goal is to raise enough to provide 600,000 meals for those in need this June.
Thousands of children, families, and veterans in our area face hunger every day. With your help, we can make a real difference.

How You Can Help
Donate Food
From June 2nd – June 30th, every H+H dealership will be a drop-off location for food donations. The Food Bank has shared a list of most-needed items—please consider bringing some of these essentials (no glass jars, please!):
- Macaroni & Cheese
- Peanut Butter
- Canned Tuna & Chicken
- Cereal
- Pancake Mix
- Canned Fruit & Vegetables
- Pork & Beans
- Pasta & Sauce
- Rice
- Boxed Meals
Donate Cash
Not sure what to donate? A financial contribution goes a long way. In fact, for every $1 donated, the Food Bank for the Heartland can provide three meals. Each of our H+H locations will compete to collect the most donations—because a little friendly rivalry makes giving even more fun! Please consider Donating Now!
Let the Building Begin: Food Sculptures!
From June 23rd – 26th, the donations collected at each location will be used to create sculptures—yes, sculptures! Our creative teams will stack and arrange their items into fun, eye-catching designs. The winning team will be treated to a Food Truck lunch as a thank-you for their hard work and spirit!
Let’s Make Difference
Whether you donate a can, a dollar, or simply help spread the word, you’re playing a part in something bigger. Together, we’re Driving Good—one meal at a time.
Let’s show Nebraska and Western Iowa just how strong our community can be.
