Just when you thought the new Dodge Charger couldn’t get any wilder, Dodge decided to bring back a familiar name.
The Super Bee is officially back for 2027. 🐝
And this isn’t just a badge-and-stripes appearance package. The new 2027 Dodge Charger Super Bee Launch Edition packs 600 horsepower, serious track-focused upgrades and enough attitude to make its legendary nameplate proud.
For Dodge fans in Omaha, this is one new arrival you’re going to want to keep an eye on.
600 Horsepower. No V8 Required.
Let’s get the big question out of the way.
No, there’s not a HEMI hiding under the hood.
Instead, the 2027 Charger Super Bee uses an upgraded version of Dodge’s 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged Hurricane inline-six SIXPACK engine. Larger 56mm Garrett turbochargers and revised tuning help push output all the way to 600 horsepower and 531 lb.-ft. of torque.
That makes it the most powerful gas-powered Charger in the current SIXPACK lineup — and the most powerful Dodge Super Bee ever.
Not exactly a quiet comeback.
Dodge estimates the Super Bee can sprint from 0–60 mph in around 3.6 seconds and run the quarter mile in approximately 11.8 seconds.
In other words: the Bee still has plenty of sting.
Dodge Built This One for More Than Straight Lines
More horsepower is fun, but Dodge didn’t stop there.
The Super Bee was designed to be one of the most track-capable versions of the new Charger yet. Dodge upgraded the cooling, suspension, brakes, tires and chassis to help the car handle repeated hard driving instead of simply putting up a big horsepower number.

The Super Bee comes standard with all-wheel drive, but Dodge gives drivers the ability to switch into rear-wheel-drive mode when the occasion calls for a little more fun.

It Definitely Looks Like a Super Bee
A Super Bee wouldn’t be a Super Bee without looking a little outrageous.
The Launch Edition gets its own aggressive styling, including a redesigned front fascia with larger openings for additional cooling, a front splitter, rear spoiler, unique Super Bee badging and unmistakable Stinger graphics.
Dodge is also showing the Launch Edition in some seriously bold color combinations, including the new Sucker Punch exterior color.
Look closely and you’ll find plenty of little Super Bee touches throughout the car, too — from the graphics and badging outside to embroidered performance seats, contrast stitching and Super Bee details throughout the cabin.
It’s loud without ever starting the engine.

One of the coolest things about the new-generation Charger is that Dodge isn’t making you choose between Charger practicality and Challenger-style coupe looks anymore.
The 2027 Charger Super Bee Launch Edition will be offered in both two-door and four-door configurations.
Want the classic muscle-car coupe look? Go two-door.

When Will the 2027 Charger Super Bee Arrive in Omaha?
That’s the big question.
Dodge has revealed the Super Bee Launch Edition, but official pricing and availability have not been announced yet. More information is expected later in 2026.
The rest of the 2027 Dodge Charger lineup is beginning to roll out during 2026, but Dodge has not yet provided a specific dealership arrival date for the Super Bee.
That means we’ll be watching closely.
